Role Overview
Clédor Consulting is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales function for its real estate development projects. This is a team leadership role, where 3–4 Sales Managers will report directly to this position.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for sales strategy execution, team performance, broker management, and revenue delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with project launch and absorption targets.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team.
- Oversee broker engagement strategies and channel partner performance.
- Drive high-value negotiations and support team closures when required.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting at the project and team level.
- Coordinate closely with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate development sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and leading sales teams in a developer environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate development sales cycles and broker networks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage pressure and timelines.
- Experience handling multiple projects is a strong advantage.
