Role Overview
Clédor is hiring motivated real estate sales professionals to support the sales of our development projects in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with developer-side experience seeking a long-term career in real estate development sales.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating the project’s USP’s to customers and brokers
- Organising broker briefings and providing training and knowledge to brokers
- Managing the customer sales experience
- Creating a pool of committed and profitable network of local and international brokers to increase the company’s sales volume
- Acquire new clients and manage existing clients
- Prepare and maintain client data and documentation
- Assist buyers in making informed decisions
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- Prior work experience with a real estate developer
- Should have a deep understanding and knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration
