About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our internal team and support financial modelling, analysis, and reporting across multiple development and consulting assignments.
This role is ideal for a recently qualified or early-career CA/ACCA professional looking to build hands-on experience in a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial models, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections for development and advisory projects.
- Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
- Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions and project evaluations.
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and internal financial summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams on cost tracking, forecasts, and financial data validation.
- Support senior consultants and managers with ad-hoc financial analysis and research.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified or nearly qualified CA or ACCA.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultancy, real estate, audit, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate development financials is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
