About the Role
We are recruiting a Finance Manager for one of our clients, a growing group with five subsidiaries. The role requires a senior finance professional to oversee group-level financial management, consolidation, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for managing end-to-end financial operations across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management for multiple subsidiaries, including consolidation and group reporting.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls across the group.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and advisors.
- Support senior management with financial insights, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified CA or ACCA.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in group structures or multi-entity environments.
- Strong experience in consolidation, financial controls, and reporting.
- Experience managing subsidiaries or multiple legal entities is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in real estate, development, or related sectors is an advantage.
