Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account / Marketing Manager to manage client accounts and oversee end-to-end project execution within a fast-paced marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Experience working with real estate clients (developers, brokerages, or property brands) and luxury brands is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously from briefing to delivery
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, digital, and production teams
  • Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, content) to ensure seamless execution
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and status updates
  • Conduct proposals and quotations, monitor budgets, scopes, and revisions
  • Ensure quality control across all deliverables before client submission
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Support business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities where relevant

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency (mandatory)
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and marketing projects
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, digital, and content workflows
  • Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, CGI and 3D marketing assets is advantageous
  • Real estate/ luxury segment experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace/ Monday/ Jira
