As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that will enhance brand recognition, boost user engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
