- Act as a primary point of contact for clients interested in purchasing properties developed by the client.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential buyers and target markets.
- Showcase properties to clients through property viewings, presentations, and virtual tours.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the features, benefits, and investment potential of our properties.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and expand the company's network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a property consultant or real estate agent, with a successful track record of sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
