Job Description:

Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their company. The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and conference room reservations as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the real estate industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Native English speakers are encouraged to apply.
