Renowned for their commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury real estate experiences, they are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead their team to new pinnacles of success and redefine the standards of excellence in the luxury real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute strategic plans to position the firm as a leader in the luxury real estate sector. Provide visionary leadership, inspiring the team to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial operations, budgets, and financial planning to ensure sustained growth and profitability. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
- Cultivation and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of high-caliber real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence. Implement performance metrics and initiatives to drive individual and team success.
- Market Expertise and Business Development: Stay abreast of luxury real estate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Spearhead business development efforts, cultivating strategic partnerships and expanding market presence.
- Compliance and Risk Oversight: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the firm's interests.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the luxury real estate sector.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai luxury real estate market and regulatory landscape.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in luxury real estate management.
- RERA certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
