Job Description:

Our client is seeking a high-performing Head of Sales at a Real Estate Brokerage company.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be leading the company towards driving the growth, profitability, and success.
  • You will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, overseeing operations, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the company's overall direction and growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and support.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the executive team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments and teams within the organization.
  • Make informed decisions, take appropriate actions to address challenges, and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums to enhance the company's reputation and brand.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Education / Training:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of UAE Real Estate experience is a must
  • Experience in handling a team (10-15 Real Estate Brokers) is a must

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Resilient with the ability to work on own initiative and to be able to lead and manage team members.
  • High personal credibility with well-developed negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess solid communication skills in English (written and verbal). The second language is an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards, and genuine customer service
  • Good at networking and building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Mature attitude and ability to command respect in the eyes of important clients and other employees
  • Innovative and able to contribute new ideas and concepts
  • Result-oriented and can consistently deliver tangible results without compromising customer service or professional standards.
  • Punctual, optimistic, passionate, ambitious, and commands a can-do-attitude
  • UAE Driving License and own car
